CrossFit East Cobb is the leading CrossFit gym in Cobb County. CrossFit East Cobb is helping the local community get more fit, lose unwanted weight and live their daily life more healthy. Each session is broken down into 3 segments: warm up, strength, and the WOD (Workout of the Day).  The total body warm up is dedicated to preparing the body for that day’s strength exercises and movements in the WOD. The strength portion focuses on essential movements like the back squat, shoulder press, deadlift, and bench press.  The last segment, the WOD, is a metabolic conditioning workout that includes a variety of exercises and movements.
