About Jessica:

Staying fit has always been a part of Jessica’s life. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2005 with a double major in business marketing/finance and exercise and health science. She was also an endurance amateur athlete sponsored by Goody Brands. Since then, she started her own personal training and group exercise business called SMART Fitness.

Jessica credits CrossFit with teaching her to push herself in ways she never thought possible as a female athlete. She has continued to CrossFit though two pregnancies, resulting in faster recovery times, more rapid loss of baby weight, and an overall fitter mom. She has coached people of all ages, and she feels strongly that CrossFit is for ANYONE at ANY stage in their life. In Jessica’s own words, “You can’t help but love this stuff!”
