CrossFit East Cobb welcomes people of all ages and fitness levels to pursue functional fitness with CrossFit during any of our class times. However, we also offer a weekly class specifically for Seniors. This class is designed for people 55 and over and focuses on strict, functional movements and non-ballistic exercises.
