At CrossFit East Cobb we do CrossFit different. Since we first rolled up our doors in 2009 we have developed our own unique spin on CrossFit. We focus on longer wod’s (Workout of the Day), basic barbell lifts and a variety of exercises and movements.

Our community is comprised of athletes of all levels, abilities and ages. We have our CrossFit Tweens class for those ages 9 to 14 and we have our regular CrossFit classes where an elite level athlete and a 60 year old man can often be found working out side by side. The reason this can be done is CrossFit has universal scalability. Meaning that the workouts can be adjusted for any fitness level by changing the intensity and load. These modifications and adjustments ensure that each member is challenged appropriately in accordance with their goals.
