Every time you walk in the door at CrossFit East Cobb there will be a CrossFit Certified Coach who will guide you through the hour long training session. Each session is broken down into 3 segments: warm up, strength, and the WOD (Workout of the Day). The total body warm up is dedicated to preparing the body for that day’s strength exercises and movements in the WOD. The strength portion focuses on essential movements like the back squat, shoulder press, deadlift, and bench press. The last segment, the WOD, is a metabolic conditioning workout that includes a variety of exercises and movements.
