We offer all prospective members a complimentary info session and introductory workout. During this time we will explain the principles of CrossFit and how CFEC is unique with its approach. We will also discuss your background and goals with training. After that, we will conduct a full body warm up followed by CFEC’s Intro Workout that can be tailored towards anyone’s current level of fitness.
